       I, LIKE MOST, PLAYED HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS. ONCE TRACK WAS OVER I HAD A COMPETITIVE VOID THAT NEEDED TO BE FILLED. SO, I STARTED TAKING CLASSES AT A LOCAL MMA GYM. I TRAINED FOR MONTHS BUT I WAS GETTING DESTROYED ON THE MAT AND IN THE WORKOUT. I NOTICED HOW WEAK I WAS SO I MADE A DECISION TO START WORKING OUT. I GOT HOME AND RESEARCHED HOW TO PERFORM A COMPLETE WORKOUT REGIMEN WITH THE LIMITED EQUIPMENT I HAD IN MY BASEMENT. 

        THAT WAS 10 YEARS AGO AND I'M STILL GOING STRONG. I'VE TRAINED ALL OVER THE U.S. AND OVERSEAS USING ANYTHING FROM FULLY EQUIPPED GYMS TO USING NOTHING MORE THAN BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES. 4 YEARS OF THAT WAS SPENT IN THE US ARMY. I LEARNED HOW TO USE THE MOST EFFECTIVE EXERCISES IN LIMITED TIME DUE TO A BUSY SCHEDULE. I'VE MADE SIGNIFICANT FITNESS IMPROVEMENTS WHILE WORKING 15+ HOUR DAYS IN A DEPLOYED ENVIRONMENT. 

         I'VE BEEN PERSONAL TRAINING FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS. I'M CERTIFIED THROUGH THE ISSA (INTERNATIONAL SPORTS SCIENCE ASSOCIATION) AND AM WORKING ON MY EXERCISE SCIENCE DEGREE. I'VE SINCE WORKED WITH CLIENTS FACE TO FACE IN COMMERCIAL GYMS AS WELL AS MADE PROGRAMS FOR HOME WORKOUTS. 

         THROUGH MY JOURNEY, FITNESS HAS SAVED MY LIFE. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH LEUKEMIA I HAD AN INCREDIBLY ROUGH JOURNEY BUT OVERCAME IT, DUE TO BEING IN GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION.

         MY PERSONAL GOAL IS TO HELP YOU REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS. I CAN HELP YOU TRANSFORM! REGARDLESS OF YOUR SCHEDULE OR AVAILABLE WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, I FEED OFF YOUR SUCCESS. CLIENT SATISFACTION IS MY NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. I'LL DO WHATEVER I HAVE TO SEE YOU SATISFIED WITH YOUR RESULTS. MY GOAL IS TO EASE THE BURDEN OF THE FITNESS LIFESTYLE.

        I ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE COMPETING IN MEN'S PHYSIQUE AND WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH COMPETITORS, IF THAT'S YOUR GOAL.

Through the years I've tried everything. L.A. Weight Loss, Form U3, diet pills, prescription diet pills, Weight Watchers and even starved myself. I finally know what to eat and what not to eat. I'm eating more now then I was. No pink drinks, no $100 shakes and I don't have to workout for hours. Thanks!
